Gutting and removing the roof of an existing A frame brick house allowed new makeover to embrace the wonderful bayside views and breezes. Generous verandahs with sweeping rooves and flexible openings provide owners with a far more useable and inviting residence. (Proudly the owners have never needed airconditioning since the makeover.)
